1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Qure-dz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all patients, doctors, secretaries, and visitors.

2. Booking & Queue Rules

To ensure fairness and efficiency for clinics and patients alike, users must adhere to the following booking rules:

• Punctuality: Patients must arrive at the clinic when called or when their estimated wait time approaches.
• Cancellation Policy: Unneeded appointments must be canceled at least 2 hours in advance to allow other patients on the waitlist to take the slot.
• Reliability Score: Repeated unexcused no-shows or last-minute cancellations reduce your patient reliability score. Accounts with severely degraded scores may be suspended from online booking.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and appointment booking. Creating false accounts, impersonating others, or spamming clinic schedules is strictly prohibited.

4. Practitioner & Clinic Responsibilities

Medical clinics using Qure are responsible for maintaining accurate consultation schedules, honoring confirmed queue slots, and updating working hours. Qure is not responsible for delayed consultations resulting from emergency medical procedures at the clinic.

5. Limitation of Liability

Qure-dz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Qure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from schedule changes, clinic delays, or technical downtime.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
